Cancellation Policy 

In Order to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments, we are implementing a 24-hour cancellation policy.

We are a small spa and space can be limited, so last-minute cancellations and "No Shows" leave our Therapists with empty appointment times.

When booking your services, you may be asked to provide a valid credit card number to reserve your appointment.

If you cancel, reschedule or no-show with less than 24 hours' notice, we will charge you 50% of your services.

Please note that by booking an appointment, you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy.

We appreciate your business and hope you have a relaxing experience with us.
