What are your general terms of use?

• The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

• We request that cell phones not be used in the spa.

• We will gladly provide a receipt for RMT services on the day the service is rendered and paid for.​

• All major credit cards for Serenity Spa and Lounge gift cards are accepted.

Do you offer refill or nail extensions?

At Serenity Spa and Lounge we provide treatments exclusively for natural nails. We do not offer refills or nail extensions. Shellac services are available, with additional fees that may apply. However, we are unable to offer shellac services on nail extensions, as we lack the necessary equipment to remove the shellac properly.
